Parque de las Velas
Overview
The park of las Velas is a sqaure park that also features a playground to one side, namely along Carrer de Joan Alcover. The park itself has several trees, benches, a water fountain in the center, and is a place for locals to meet.
The playground off to the side is split into two areas, one for younger toddlers and the other for older children. Both area are completely fenced in with a single entrance. There is a water fountain right in front of the playground, along with several benches. The large trees provide plenty of shade. Parking is available on the surrounding streets, some free, some that need a ticket depending on the time of day.
