Ice Sports Hall Frankfurt
Overview
The Eissporthalle Frankfurt was opened on December 19, 1981 as one of the most modern halls of its kind in Germany with an area of more than 9,000 m² and 6,770 spectator seats. Today it is a meeting place for many residents of the Rhine-Main area.
Half a million people flock to the ice rink every year. And not only to pursue their winter sports or to experience the ice hockey games of the Löwen Frankfurt, but also to visit the numerous events.
The all-round barriers in the large and small halls as well as on the covered outdoor area offer newcomers to the ice the necessary security for their first steps on the ice.
