Baumberg Citizens’ Park
Overview
The playground initially looks slightly boring, however as a whole, the park encompasses quite a few activities. However, this mykiids entry is related to the playground which has an interesting treehouse to climb around in, a climbing pyramid, and two see-saw spinners (see photos), which are fun alternatives to regular see-saws.
The grass area offers a place to play ball for younger kids, and behind the climbing pyramid you'll find a hard court (cemented) street hockey, basketball and soccer court. It is not fenced in, hence the ball cannot be shot around. However, ideal for street hockey.
Towards the end of the park, if you walk down the path passed the multigenerational training area and the BMX track, you'll come to a long zip line.
