Playground Rheinpark Heerdt

Overview

Located in the Rheinpark Heerdt, this playground is spacious and large and offers a large climbing boulder with slide for older children within a gravel pit.

You will also find a large spinner, next to that a multi-swing area both within sand and at the far end three ping-pong tables. Right around the corner of the climbing area and spinner you’ll find a play area for younger toddlers and children with an activity house and slide and a few spring riders.

All of these open up to the Rheinpark Heerdt, a large green area to play ball or layout a blanket and picnic.

A great place to come by bike, along the Rhein river, however there are a few limited parking spots on the street of Am Heerdter Krankenhaus. Alternatively you can also park in a small parking lot under the Brüsseler Straße bridge right next to the Hallenbad Oberkassel/Heerdt.
