Playground Dreiecksweiher Woods
Overview
Playgrounds in nature are a great way to combine activities and a fun way for children of all ages to relax, soak in nature and discover a variety of creative stimuli that these types of environments create. This playground located in the Hasseler Forest is a great example of just that. You can head straight to the playground for a picnic and playtime or combine it with a hike around the area with many paths, also suitable for strollers.
The playground itself is a climbing paradise for younger children. It was renovated in 2011 and includes various degrees of climbing difficulties. There are cool combinations of bridges and ropes along with trolls and wood gnomes, slides, sandpits, and a large open field to play virtually any game. The playground offers a variety of benches and picnic tables in various spots, and on warmer days the trees offer some shade.
The playground can be reached within a short walk from the Hoxbach parking area - Am Schönenkamp at the A59 freeway exit. It is slightly tricky to differentiate between the car parking and the A59 exit, so be cautious when crossing.
Der Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber ein wunderbarer Spielplatz!!!
