Cala Murada

Overview

Cala Murada offers families a great opportunity to spend a few hours on a not so busy beach along with other amenities that other Calas may not offer. Now while the surrounding area, along with the beach may have a little 70's flair, the area is still amazingly nice to spend a few hours with children.

There is free parking available on Carrer Galicia with direct access to the beach, on the right hand side when facing the restaurant/cala. You'll walk past a little swamp on your right and notice the entrance to the beach which is of sand. There is also a toilet right at the entrance area.

The restaurant Playa Cala Murada offers a variety of dishes for both lunch and dinner, in case you want a quick bit to eat. On the other side of the Cala you'll find a rocky path that leads toward a pier on which you can jump into the water and take a swim.

Along Carrer Galicia there are several campers, hence this may also be a good camping spot for those travelling as such. The rocky area also makes it nice for dogs to roam and perhaps further towards the left of the Cala take a swim as well.
